Quilt Show Staffing
Each SBQG member should sign up for 4 hours of work at the show. We will again be using Sign Up Genius for our staffing this year. SUG will send you an email reminder of your shifts 2 weeks before and again 3 days before your shift. Please note that if you sign up for shifts on different days, your reminders will be sent on different days.
Also, do not sign up for shifts back-to-back in different areas of the show. This makes it difficult to cover our activities during the transition periods. If you have questions about what a specific job entails, please contact Mary Shadbourne, Staffing Chair, or Julie Limbach Jones, Show Chair. Be sure you are able to carry out the requirements of the job before signing up (some require climbing on ladders or being on your feet/walking).
If you do not use a computer, you may sign up for shifts at Guild meetings. Regular mail and/or phone reminders of your shifts will be made.
